I never thought I would say this, but the first 45 lbs. were easy. I have most definitely hit a plateau and it is time for me to get serious in my weight loss again. I have been maintaining the loss of the original 45 I lost, but I still have at least another 45 to go. My motivation has gone away, it is hard to be on a "diet" for your whole life. But if I want to lose the rest of my weight then I need to get back on my "diet" and hit the pavement for some exercise. My plan is to start keeping my food diary, exercising at least 3 days a week, doing my p
ilates 5 days a week, no fast food, cutting back on my Dr. Pepper intake, and trying to keep a positive self image. These are my goals at least, hopefully I will jump start some new weight loss.
